Each lot is fully fenced and has direct access to a public bitumen road to be maintained by Palerang Council.
Power is provided to the boundary of each lot at a point which allows ease of connexion to the defined building precincts within each lot.
A reticulated non-potable water supply is provided to each lot supplied from a licensed 17 ML dam supplemented by a licensed 16 ML bore and associated infrastructure.
On completion of the estate these will be owned and managed by the residents of the estate.
State legislation prohibits the construction of a bore or dam on the individual lots.
The domestic water within each lot will be captured from the roof of the dwelling and outbuildings.
The ongoing land use of the individual lots is to be in accordance with the provisions set
out under Palerang Council’s Planning Instrument applying to the locality.
The land is zoned Rural 1(d).
With the consent of Council, dual occupancy is a permitted land use.
